time on the property, having the conveniences of a home while they develop and build their adobes in
their own plots.
The Guest House is also open to non members who are interested in sampling the beautiful
environment before making a purchase.
The Guest House is surrounded by lush green gardens and has a perfectly located Gazzebo to
enjoy the stunning sunsets.
This small Guest House comprises of two furnished rooms with attached bathrooms. A common
pantry is provided with cooking staff that dish out some exciting local cuisine. The dinning is located on a
large open deck connecting the two rooms.
During your stay at the Guest House you can make a trip to the nearly Umta Dam or drive down
to the silver sands of Kashid Beach. Games like badminton, Frisbee, carom, and chess are also available
for your entertainment. |

Neighbouring village Ramraj, located 1Km. from the property has local provision stores,
vegitable, meats and fish market, a beer shop and a chemist. |
