Yes — every plot at Terra Heavens has fully documented and verified title. We handle all legal due-diligence transparently, and our team will walk you through every paper before you sign anything.
Within reason. There are masterplan-level guidelines about height, set-backs, and overall character to keep the community coherent — but the home itself is your vision. Our in-house architects can help, or you're welcome to bring your own.
Each plot is supplied with 3-phase electricity (private transformer per phase), metered water supply, and good network coverage. Many residents add solar to be effectively off-grid year-round, as well as do their own borewells with rainwater harvesting.
Both. Phase I sold out and has appreciated significantly. Phase II is priced for the next chapter of Alibaug — with the Atal Setu and Karanja-Rewas bridge coming, the inland hills are the next real estate frontier. Most owners use the property a few weekends a month and rent the rest.
45-min catamaran from Gateway of India to Mandwa, then a short drive. Or by road via Atal Setu — about 120 km distance from South Mumbai. The Karanja-Rewas bridge (under construction) will further compress travel time.
