Terra Heavens-1 was the founding phase in the unexplored hills of Borghar — the first families, the first homes, the first gardens. It set the blueprint for everything Terra builds: working with the land, not against it.

Terra Heavens-1 is a 35-acre, organically developed project of 36 plots in varying sizes, set on a hill with open views — west towards the Arabian Sea, and east over lush forest hillscapes.
Developed in phases through an organic growth process, more than 2,000 trees have been planted over the years. Sprawling personal villas and quaint farmhouses are quickly coming up around the orchards.
Terra Heavens-1 has its own Guest House, already well-used and enjoyed by plot owners. Core infrastructure is in place — 3-phase electric lines and transformers, with wide 9-metre roads lined with trees and provided with street lights.
